Taking care of the entire property management of “IQ City” residential complex, Durgapur. Also taking care of the entire Property Management of Swarnamani, Kolkata. Total area is approximately 12 lakh sq.ft. 1500 flats with modern amenities. Coordinating with thermal camera sensor vendors for electrical panel termination and for its safety. Schedule checking and routine exercise of DG, backup power supply checking from UPS. Maintaining high capacity lifts and heavy duty escalators. Routine checkup of BMS system, fire panel, fire pump, sprinkler, smoke detector and fire host/reel. Maintenance of hydro pneumatic pumps with 9laks liters of underground reservoirs. Following EHS standards and maintaining proper BOM, PPE during work. Theoretical and practical training of LOTO, CAPA and UA/UC to all staff.
