Coordinate with the consultant, client, and to ensure project activities are on track.  Ensure all civil works comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and other relevant local authority standards (Trakhees DDA, RTA, DEWA, etc.).  Attend inspections with DM o􀆯icials and coordinate responses to comments or non-compliance notices.  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project managers and clients.  Provide technical input during all project phases: design, execution, and handover. drawings Prepare and submit required drawings, documents, and technical reports for authority approvals (e.g., DM inspection clearances, completion certificates).  Review and implement the approved shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals  Plan and supervise the execution of civil works in accordance with approved project timelines, technical specifications, and authority guidelines.  Monitor ongoing civil activities including earthworks, foundations, structural works, waterproofing, concrete, blockwork, and finishing.  Ensure all site work adheres to DM-approved structural drawings and specifications.  Liaise with consultants, architects, MEP engineers, and local authorities to ensure project alignment and timely resolution of site issues.  Implement QA/QC procedures as per DM and project standards.  Prepare and review project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.  Ensure health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations are strictly

Projects  ADNOC, Construction Work for new multipurpose hall at Al Maha in Habshan  Proposed G+1 Residential building in MBZ city  Fit out and MEP Works for corridor widening in marina mall.  Construction and Maintenance Work for Pump room and Mart Hall in Al Fattan  Trench work for FO cable laying at ADNOC Bab in Habshan. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES HELD  Site analysis to develop project plane.  Keep an eye on the project progress, compile reports on status and present them to the relevant authorities.  Providing advice and suggestion to resolve problems.  Preparing DPR and WPR. Giving feedback to planning department for preparation of site progress and invoice preparation.  Inspect and verify the dimension of formwork, reinforcement, and embedded items before poring of Concrete.  Field inspection for piling, RC works, Architectural works, plumbing and sanitary works.  Preparing the quantity survey for all required material (sand, cement, aggregate pluming material, Electric material…)  False Ceiling (Gypsum board) works.  Finishing work (plaster- Marble-Wood Work-Ceramics-Cladding wood – paints -Aluminum Works-False ceilings- Water proofing etc.)  Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection) for all civil activities like Excavation, Backfilling, FDT (Field Density Test), Reinforced concrete works, Steel Structure works.

Projects  Sharjah International Airport Expansion Program  Proposed G+4 Residential building in Tilal city RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES HELD  Coordinating and directing construction worker and subcontractor  Handling of Architectural work, block work, plaster work, footing works, painting, ceiling, tiles, Manhole, Duct blanket. will be completed as per ITP and specification of the project.  Coordinating with project manager and project engineer for developing project objectives.  Ensuring quality construction standards and use of proper construction technique.  Resolve site issue and find technique to solve out.  Creation of shop drawing BOQ and revision for the going works and some works to be adjusted.  Maintain the activity, monthly progress log.  Ensuring all material being summited used and work performed are as specification and schedule.
