• Get Approved HVAC shop drawings, Work method statement and Project specification from Project Engineer. • Ensure the HVAC Ducts, Fittings, accessories and Child water pipes fittings, accessories are available and approved by Inspection department prior to installation. • Coordinates with other discipline and ensure site clearance is available to start the HVAC Activities. • Arrange sufficient manpower such as Supervisor, Forman, Duct fitter etc., and ensure all of them attended safety orientation and having proper PPE’s prior start installation activities at site. • Prior to start HVAC activities notify to QC Personal For Surveillance to ensure the quality work. • Active involvement in weekly meetings with the Project management & Qc Supervisor and manager to resolve the site related issues. • Assist the Commissioning Team in Pre commissioning & Commissioning stages of all HVAC Equipment’s Handling Projects 1. G+4 Labor Camp, Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE 2. G+3 Labor Camp, DMCC, Dubai, UAE 3. G+3 Factory Building, DMCC, Dubai, UAE 4. Ac Maintenance Work in Private villa, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE

 Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.  Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.  Employ, supervise and train workers.  Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.  Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance work.  Conduct Safety inspections as scheduled.  Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
