Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines. Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety. Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to access risk and adherence to the law. Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention. Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures. Report on health and safety awereness, issues and statistics. Monitoring compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.

Collaborating with various departments to access risks, provide training and implement proactive measures to enhance the overall health and safety culture within the organization. Conducting safety audits, developing safety plans, training employees on proper safety procedures and investigating accidents or incidents. Conducting risk analysis and ensuring the proper solution to avoid the risk & hazard. Record keeping and documentation of EHS related work and ensure the compliance and safe working.

Collaborating with YASREF Maintenance team for providing them cranes, compressors, man lifts and other support equipment under contract. Working closely with Business Development personnel to expand business domains and opening new avenues of Income while taking care of profitability. Identifying and building rapport with external contractors to Yasref and other petrochemical complexes around Western region of KSA for business expansion. Marketing the Eqpt/Services and ensuring equipment availability to increase the population of the company equipment in the region.

Formulated schedule for equipment & personnel as per customer requirement; supervised ID preparation & equipment access process. Arrange safety drill, organize meeting on site before starting the job to aware workers about uses of correct PPE. Effective at developing & maintaining internal & external relationship, act within the company policy.
