Key Result Areas: • Responsible to confirm that the appointed contractors adhere to dictated standard operational procedures & maintain acceptable service level agreements. • Responsible to escalate contractor’s performance to the management with available resources & findings. • Responsible to plan & carryout complete PPM inspections (Both Hard & soft services) for the allotted buildings. • Responsible to recommend for any failed major asset replacement that is required in the building considering the wear & tear. • Responsible to notify client operations for RMR for the requested facilities. • Responsible to maintain client contractor relation. • Responsible to maintain LL & tenant welfare. • Responsible to carryout major assets initial conditional survey of the new property about to be taken over by ADCP. • To carryout initial & job completion critical inspections to sign off discharge documents for insurance claims & issuance of NOC. • Liaising with coordinators & contractors to ensure smooth & efficient workflow & leading a team of technical inspectors. • Actively participating in Landlord & Government bodies meetings whenever instructed • Managing 130+ residential and commercial spaces and villas (5000 Units) • Managing AMCs with Combined contractual value of over AED 8 million annually. • Supervising and evaluating 50+ facilities management contractors.

Key Result Areas: • Maintenance of Building MEP and HVAC equipment’s • Leading the team involving in building MEP and HVAC maintenance activity • Prioritizing the work • Preparation of daily work schedule, allocation of technicians as per the schedule • As per contract, preparing visit schedules. • Supervision and Preparation of technical Submittals Site supervision • Coordination with client, consultant, main contractor & subcontractor to resolve technical and other issues. Liaison with regulatory authorities • Safe and timely execution of site activities • Selection of supplier, sub-contractors and materials • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly works progress reports in • Leading the team involving in building MEP and HVAC maintenance • Prioritizing the work • Preparation of daily work schedule, allocation of technicians as per the schedule • As per contract, preparing visit schedules. Supervision and involving in the erection and Commissioning of equipment’s at project sites Preparation of technical Submittals • Periodic maintenance and servicing of various brand chillers, compressors, air-handling • Periodic maintenance and servicing of various brand generators and electrical control panels • Periodic maintenance and servicing of fire alarm systems and firefighting systems with highly qualified technicians • Periodic maintenance and servicing of various low voltage systems like intercom, Periodic maintenance and servicing of various brand central water filtration systems with highly qualified technicians • Specialized in Artificial fountains and garden fountain maintenance • Making report based on complaints from the customers • Taking Instant decision at the time of emergency
