 Executes Reactive and Preventive Maintenance of Buidling Electrical system such as LV switch gear panels, ACB, APFC panel, ATS , MCC panels, VFD, Motor starter panels etc. Including Centralized UPS, Centralized Battery System, ATS Back up DG set.  Conduct periodical inspection and testing for electrical installations (LV testing) like Earth test, PAT test, Thermography test, Fixed wiring test (IR Test, Loop impedance test, polarity test, continuity test, RCD test) as per local Electrical Authority’s regulations and codes.  Testing and fault diagnosis of starter/control panels and motors of various MEP systems by using various testing equipment’s.  Conducting power quality analysis of UPS, Generator and raw power supply in various occasions.  Co-ordinate with contactors for extension and alteration of electrical installation for various fit out projects in the building and ensuring works are executing as per the local authority regulations (RSB).  Verifying the as built drawing, closeout document, inspection and testing reports of extensions and alteration works of electrical installation upon completion of fit out projects  Handle emergency situation during power supply failure with corrective action and troubleshooting to the restore the power supply at the earliest.  Arranging temporary power supply for events and other project works as per the required load demand  Issuing Permit to Work (PTW) and LOTO the electrical systems in complying with proper isolation as per the SOP and ensuring safe work environment by enforcing the QEHS policies, Regular safety induction and TBT.

 Performing various testing and troubleshooting of protection, control, monitoring and measuring systems of EHV Substations up to 220kV.  Installation, Configuring and functional testing of various protective and auxiliary relays such as IDMT Relay, REF Relay, Distance relay, Differential relay, Directional & Non-Directional relay etc.  Conducting Commissioning and routine test for Power transformers, OLTC and Instrument transformers (CT &PT) using dynamic test kits.  Testing and Troubleshooting of Control-Relay panels and metering panels of power Transformers, EHV / HV incomers and feeders switching system.  Functional Testing of EHV/HV Switch gears like VCB and SF6 Circuit Breaker.  Conduct IR / Megger test for power cables and switchgears.  Preparing and interpretation of Schematic drawings Control-Relay panels.  Analyzing and diagnosing of the fault detection in relaying system and fault indicating panels like annunciators.  Preparing and recording of test and fault analysis reports.

 Manage and execute the various installation, maintenance and extension works for various Electrical System.  Oversees and lead the maintenance activities of Electrical equipment and Systems such as various Switching-DB panels, APFC panel, ACB, MCC panels, VFD, starter panels etc.  Co-ordinate and execute the maintenance works of specialized systems with subcontractors for Transformers, Diesel Generators, UPS, Vacuum contactors, HV switch gears, RMU.  Periodical inspection, testing for electrical installations (LV testing) as part of Preventive maintenance.  Perform trouble shooting and maintenance of ELV systems like Light control system, Access control system, Automatic gates & barriers, PA system, AV System and solar street lights.  Complete and update all Reactive/Preventive Maintenance (PPM/RM) work orders in CAFM system by recording concerning time, labor and materials for each task.  Performing the operation of HV switchgears and RMUs.  Reading and interpreting the functionality of electrical drawings (schemes and layout drawings) to ensure the proper installation and maintenance of electrical system.  Promotes safe work environment by practicing QEHS policies, Regular safety induction, TBT, Risk assessment, Method of Statement, work permit system.
