Responsible for carrying out the end-to-end HR process. Prepare payroll accurately and on time, maintain employees’ data in HR system- enters new hire information, assign codes of newly hired employees, re-joiners, leavers, pay rate changes, status change, payment details, etc. Timekeeping- monitor/verify attendance, hours worked and collect necessary data. Manage the recruitment and on-boarding process including job postings, sourcing candidates, CV screening and schedule interviews. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance. Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits eligibility, enrollment and claims, serving as the primary contact for all HR inquiries pertaining to payroll, HR policies, including contracts and terms and conditions. Notifies employees of salary increase, promotion, visa renewal or non-renewal Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures. Dealing with employee grievances, reporting complaints and concerns to the HR Manager. Responsible for closely monitoring the expiry dates of visas and labor contracts, ensuring timely renewal or non-renewal as required. Administer the employee exit process by handling separation paperwork (preparing termination notices/processing resignations, employee clearance) cancelling medical insurance, and arranging the cancellation of visa and repatriation if needed. Coordinate all visa related matters and labor contract activities with the PRO. Manage employee requests for documents such as letters or certificate of Employment, Salary certificate, NOC, etc. Maintain personnel records in electronic and paper form.
Manage the on-boarding process Enter new hire information into HRIS Process manpower request, source out applicants and update job ads by coordinating with different agencies, CV screening and arrange interview schedules. Maintain recruitment records including documentation of CID process, Entry Permit and Residence Visa application. Ensure all relevant documents and informations are forwarded to PRO. Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment & staffing). Provide application status, verify submission and notify for approvals. Reliever for enrollment of medical insurance (if in-charge is on leave).
Compensation & Benefits Assistant Benefits administrations - verify, calculate and process employee’s compensation and benefits claim such as personal or emergency loans, sickness, partial disability and maternity reimbursement or benefits. Act as a liaison for paperwork with government agencies and reporting of government statutory contributions such as SSS, Philhealth & HDMF. Prepare monthly report of SSS, PHIC & HDMF remittances or contribution (employer and employee share) and employees loan. Maintain softcopy and hardcopy records. Prepare cheques and vouchers for payment to government agencies. Provide information to managers on payroll matters, benefits and also collective agreement provisions HR Recruitment Process manpower request, source out applicants Conduct initial interview, verifications of employment and orientation on human resource policies, rules and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
Petty cash custodian Assist in processing payroll, including data entry, timekeeping, disbursement of cheques and employees pay. Prepare monthly report of SSS remittances or contribution (employer and employee share) and employees loan.
In-charge of Accounts Payable and ensure all expenses are paid on time, prepare cheques and vouchers including disbursement of cheques and employees pay. In charge of accounts receivable, update and monitor the client’s credit limit and dues. Petty cash custodian Prepare Taxation Report. Tally daily sales report to cash and credit sales and arrange the cash to be deposited. Record daily cash transactions and complete posting process as well as filing hard copies.
