Handling HR activities like recruitment and selection, onboarding, compensation and benefits, grievance handling, employee engagement and supporting payroll activities. Software handled - Oracle ERP & Taleo. Involved in screening, shortlisting the candidates, issuing the offer, visa processing and coordinating with the candidate till onboarding. Maintaining manpower strength (both managerial and associate level) as per company allocated manpower budget and providing necessary reports to the internal and external audit team. Ensuring that the probationary reviews are completed within the specified guidelines. Plan and prepare work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties to ensure maximum efficiency. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments. Distributes general circulars and maintain files of information appropriate for the effective and efficient operations of all units at both operations. Responsible for developing strategy planning, execution, and annual budgeting. Motivating and educating the employees on various operational matters and guiding them towards successful outcomes and attainment of business objectives
Liaison with Master Developers/ Main Contractors/ Sub Contractors/ Building Consultants/ Elevator Consultants for their continued support enabling the growth of the firm. Prepare and follow-up the purchasing orders & Place orders, Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Prepared quotations, contracts, invoices and Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts). Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts. Follow up with suppliers, to confirm or change orders. Maintains contact and consults with end users to prepare specifications for items/ equipment or services as required.
