 Visited Nigeria (Africa) for one week to provide training to the new Joint Venture Sarens Buildwell Nigeria Ltd and informing about the reporting pack features and ICO templates for monthly reporting to Sarens Group.  Maintained Fixed Assets Module in software “Axapta” to ensure that all the fleets/cranes/trucks of the group should appear into the system and tracking them to ensure transparency of the legal owners of the fleet.  Visited Belgium (Europe) for four weeks for the purpose of Closing of Fixed Assets in “Axapta”, reconciling acquisition, depreciation, sales and fleet existence.  Worked on SAP for gathering required information pertaining to Fixed Assets to maintain assets movements globally, i.e., third party and ICO transactions.  Analyzing reporting’s received from all over the Sarens entities, reviewing them and questioning them in case of any discrepancy found in the reporting pack, asking them for sorting out the same on immediate basis, making sure if they have provided us the full proof information.  Examined Intercompany transactions, finding out the reason for discrepancies, asking the financial managers the reasons for the same and passing entries into MPC accordingly (online software) to remove the differences and reconciling them.
