 Visited Nigeria (Africa) for one week to provide training to the new Joint Venture Sarens Buildwell Nigeria Ltd and informing about the reporting pack features and ICO templates for monthly reporting to Sarens Group.  Maintained Fixed Assets Module in software “Axapta” to ensure that all the fleets/cranes/trucks of the group should appear into the system and tracking them to ensure transparency of the legal owners of the fleet.  Visited Belgium (Europe) for four weeks for the purpose of Closing of Fixed Assets in “Axapta”, reconciling acquisition, depreciation, sales and fleet existence.  Worked on SAP for gathering required information pertaining to Fixed Assets to maintain assets movements globally, i.e., third party and ICO transactions.  Analyzing reporting’s received from all over the Sarens entities, reviewing them and questioning them in case of any discrepancy found in the reporting pack, asking them for sorting out the same on immediate basis, making sure if they have provided us the full proof information.  Examined Intercompany transactions, finding out the reason for discrepancies, asking the financial managers the reasons for the same and passing entries into MPC accordingly (online software) to remove the differences and reconciling them.

 Reporting Monthly and YTD results to Unit’s Accounts & Finance Head  Analyzed & prepared a summary pertaining to all the debtors i.e., Domestic, Scrap, Contractors & others on monthly basis.  Delivered debit notes to the inter-companies as and when any material supplied to them and reconciling the closing balances at the month-end.  Organized & maintained production report on daily basis that includes production of billets, bars and angles, purchase of billets from the inter-companies, sale of bars and angles, scrap purchased, oxygen generated, electricity generated, delay details and at the end of the month preparing the summary report providing the input/output and productivity ratio using the above-mentioned details.  Prepared Inventory, Sales and Ad-Hoc reports

Construction (Government Works - Rehabilitation of Bridges/Highways) Haulage/Transportation (Trucks & Trailers, Excavators, Manlifts etc) Heavy Lifting (Oil & Gas Projects majorly - Cranes/SPMTs/Skidding etc) Clearing Agency Insurance Brokers  Onsite experience of working in Belgium for 4 weeks  Successfully implemented accounting software & published accurate tax books as per FIRS standards.  Liaised & dealt with tax authorities for audit and reconciliations at top level.
