Name of the Company : Name of the Project : Orchid Chemicals and Pharmaceutical Ltd Duties and Responsibilities: ● Always work Safety first. ● Coordinating with Construction Supervisor project plan drawing review-having AFC drawing officially approved documentation. ● Supervised and monitoring the flow of inspection on-site and calibration prior to meet the project deadline. ● Able to analyzed every area to be survey and witness prior for RFI (Request for Inspection) to be offered to the main client for inspection. ● Assigned to witnessing repair and calibration of instrumentation, commissioning of the following equipment: ● To undertake inspection of vendor skids before final acceptance by client. ● Material verification and Take store keeping of electrical & instrument material under control to be under a proper condition to avoid any damage or bad effect during warehousing. ● Promptly report and document in all instances of nonconformance. ● Prepare & Review Electrical & Instrumentation works QA/QC Procedures / ITPs as per Project Specifications. ● Insure that all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection And Test plan (ITP) and are attended by a suitable QA/QC Engineer. ● Review & check documents for instrument loop folder package prior to final walk down. ● Inspect each instrument against data sheet prior to release to site for installation. ● Inspect electrical & instrument stanchions, location, mounting height, orientation etc. ● Inspect installation/hook up and pressure test of impulse tubing and air supply/signal lines. ● Inspect installation of supports prior to cable tray installation. ● Inspection of cable tray/conduit installation prior to release for cable laying. ● Inspect UG stub-ups and instrument earthing of panels, cables etc. ● Inspect cable glanding, termination, dressing of cable wiring inside each JB’s and local panels. ● Inspect installation of various control panels, consoles, desks. ● Inspect internal cable tray works prior to installation of cables. ● Inspect installation of various cables including system cables. ● Inspect installation of various F&G instruments, control panels. ● Inspect installation of various HVAC Controls device and HVAC Control panel. ● Witness calibration of each instrument as required by ITP/specifications. ● Witness pressure/leak testing of air supply/signal lines/pressure test of impulse tubes. ● Witness IR/continuity test of E&I cables on the drum, prior to back filling trench, after glanding and termination. ● Witness testing of the F&G circuits and system as applicable and loop continuity checking. ● Verify completion of heat tracing for impulse tubes. ● Verify all inspections related each loop components have been carried out as per applicable ITP’s and documented. ● Responsible of Instrumentation installation & inspection activities on the Site. ● Represent Company during weekly meeting concerning schedule plan activity and project plan on all tools and equipment needed for construction. ● Tasks to monitor all subcontractor activity priors for deadline start of Electrical & Instrumentation Workload. ● Ensure that the production quality being offered for inspection meets the client’s Requirements and Monitor and report Key Performance. ● Coordinate the generation of client Requests for Inspections (RFI) where required Providing sufficient notice for Hold, witness and inspection Points. ● Review final Dossiers documents if the attachment’s complete prior to handover. ● Inspect cable trench for sand bedding prior to cable laying and release each layer. ● Inspect cable segregation arrangement etc. prior to back filling. ● Witness inspection/test related to analyzer houses. ● Verify completion of heat tracing for impulse tubes.
