Verify and review the contents of LC: documents required, BL clause, latest date of shipment, period of presentation. Coordination with L&D, shipping line and trade team. • Inventory Management: Daily stock report: Stock in trade, Aging report, Negative stock report and Nil stock report Monthly inventory report and MIT & Fire insurance stock declaration Negative stock report and updating. PO and GRN reconciliation. PO, Supplier Invoice & Stock register reconciliation Slow moving/Damaged/FOC – Management approval and accounting.
