• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications • Coordinating with the project coordinator and production team for shop drawing, material submittal & variation. • Preparing minutes of site meetings to adhere to proper records for distribution to all parties concerned. • Attending commencement both in residential and Commercial retails projects of program to coincide with client’s project program/schedule • Coordinating with the team for submittal of material samples for approval according to specifications/ designs and ensure technical data sheets provided are subcontractors • Ensuring that all manpower is properly designated and placed (including the Contractors) in order to achieve maximum efficiency. • Report to the operational manager on all site situations and concerns for proper Technical and Commercial decisions. • Always Ensuring maintenance of Complete Health and Safety for all workers and take corrective measures when necessary. Clearance of inspections DEWA, DCD, DDA mall management and other authorities • Coordinating with Draftsmen for As-built drawing submission including the work certification and warrantees. • Follow up, trouble shoot and install the HVAC, MEP and firefighting systems

Client: Dubai Asset management • Assists the Operations Team in all aspects of reinstatement works proposals, work schedule and handed over to client as per target dates • Arranging weekly meetings with client and supports the team with opex and capex Contracts • Manage the AMC, assigning work orders, maintain and update administration • Submitting quotations with proper scope of work, method of statement & Risk assessments. • Coordinating and execute the Opex and capex projects with HSE regulations • Carry out the fit-out works of all kinds of residential buildings as per specifications and standards • Handling water proofing works and variable works at residential building apartments and update to the client • Carry out the move In and move out inspections from leasing department and tenants • Coordinate all civil Facilities activities, work direction and support system • Raising service request of tenants, Tracking the update and closing S R's after the Work • Monitors the operations' team of soft services, hard services and special services closely • Assists facilities staff in locating parts, supplies, inventory, petty cash and materials • Provide admin/technical support to the Facilities team and support the procurement

PROJECT: BASEMENT CAR PARKING + G+4 OFFICE BUILDING COST : 15M AED • Procurement of packages, pre-let meetings, Sub- Contracts preparation, issuing & follow ups. • Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that calculations accreted for the work. • Sub-contract management for Block works, Tiling works, Drywall's & Ceilings, Fire-stopping, Window washing system, Shaft linings, Joinery Works, etc. • To implement the procedures detailed in the project quality plans and method statements. • Assisting Project Manager for EOT, gathering all required documentation & compiling works, Review of Sub- Contractors delay claims & inputs for justification. • Rebar reconciliation & payments, Monthly contractor’s presentation report, Prep of budgets for diff packages for procurement, sub- contractor’s camp safety audit works • Assisting Sr. Q. S. for Invoicing to client, consultant & valuations • Evaluation of Supplier & Sub-cont. Payment applications & invoices. • Reporting of Project in Progress & Co-ordination with Site team • Measuring weekly progress and monthly progress with respect to approved base line program and cash Flow • One month look ahead plane to maintain progress. • Submit the weekly reports, monthly reports as per work schedules.
