HiLITE Olympus is a luxury apartment project that comprises of 526 apartments in a single tower. HiLITE Olympus sets several records straight. Built 33 floors high, this spectacular tower houses apartments ranging from 919 sq. ft to 3150 sq. ft! With over 100 amenities to flaunt, HiLITE Olympus also boasts a 40,000 sq. ft recreational floor, dedicated for leisure purposes. Moreover, the Plaza on the 4th Basement that sprawls across 20,000+ sq. ft also provides space for various amenities. Duties & Responsibilities ▪ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub-contractors ▪ Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives ▪ Set out, level and survey the site ▪ Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations ▪ Prepare reports as required ▪ Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise ▪ Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners ▪ Exposure of building cladding and finishes. Exposure of MEP activities.
