-Witnessing & Verifying the Site Acceptance Tests for Yokogawa Control Panels, Delta V, Honeywell, HIMA, Emerson and other Wiring Interconnections & Field Terminal assemblies of the package. -Loop Checking and Functional test of all the IPS/FGS/FCS Control systems as per the Functional Loop Diagrams, Instrument Loop Diagram, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram, Process Control Narrative, Method Statement and Plant Operating Manuals. -Generation of Commissioning completion dossiers, Loop Folders & Check sheets. -Ensuring the timely handover to the operations of fully commissioned plant . Involve in major Shutdown & Tie-ins with interfacing with the existing facilities of the Plant. -Preparation of the list of activities prior for the Level 4 plan schedule as per the actual site condition. -Identify and quantify total number of engineering & commissioning deliverables, manhour allocation, format of delivery, time schedules and other requirements of execution. -Coordinate with projects and planning on project time schedules, establishment target completions dates, ensure target dates achieved. -Typically leading a group of professionals pr technical staffs. Competencies, Knowledge and skills. -Make recommendations on mobilization/demobilization of personnel supervisory responsibility directs the allocation and workloads of a team of subordinates. -Decision making authority decisions limited to the scope of project requirement specifications, consults with supervisor on main issues which may affect layout and equipment. -Doing the Preventive Maintenance of all HART/FIELDBUS Field Instruments by using the HART Communicator/TK3e Function Generator Proximity switches, Decade Box, Hand Pressure Pump, Multi meter, Milliamps simulator. -Operate the Plant in Condensate/Oil/Gas with all processing facilities & utilities like AP/FP Flares, Instrument Air compressor, Centrifugal & reciprocating Compressor and Booster Pumps. -Overseeing and incharge in major Shutdowns, Turnaround, and Restart of a plant or facility, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Ensure pragmatic solutions are implemented for management of risk, production efficiency improvement, maintenance, defect elimination, related to instrumented protective systems, process controls and alarms, and in support of safe, reliable, and compliant operations; • Attend appropriate Loop Checking and Functional, site acceptance tests, rotating equipment test runs and other testing and acceptance activities as required; • Manage the preparation of commissioning handover packs; • Lead and/or provide technical input into root cause failure analyses (RCFA), analysis of inspection results, and implementation of solutions - including small projects as necessary.; • Provide technical assistance to Operations to help resolve any facility problems, as related to instrumentation, controls, safety system, fire and gas, digital security and measurement.

Coordinate with EPCs and internal design teams on control system specifications and control philosophy issues related to the following deliverables: • Network Architecture • Control and I/O diagrams • Instrument and control cable schedules • Instrument loop diagrams • Junction box wiring diagrams • Control panel layout and wiring diagrams • Provide quality reviews of project specific DCS/SIS documentation. • Attend appropriate design reviews, site acceptance tests, rotating equipment test runs and other testing and acceptance activities as required; • Manage the preparation of commissioning handover packs; • Ensure that commissioning spare parts, consumables, temporary and testing equipment are identified and procured in time for commissioning activities; • Manage the identification of system battery limits and the breakdown into mechanical completion packages that can usefully be commissioned; • Support operating facilities with DCS/SIS system updates, troubleshoot plant/substation control systems, energy management system, communication issues, and telemetry; • Conduct Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Integration Site Acceptance Test (ISAT) for all Process Control System and resolve any technical issues that arise.
