• Assuringcompliancewithcontractrequirements,drawings,specifications and method statements and ensuring effective assessment of all Specifications and drawings • Set work program and Target milestones for each phase activity based on the project (key) plan. • Report to the project manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of Alternative approaches to work. • Ensuring adherence with all contractual and local authority requirements for Quality and HSE requirements • Prepare and submitted updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods of recovery if any as well as new critical activities.& tendering. • Coordinating with QA/QC, HSE, Independent Testing Laboratory and Subcontractors across operations • Steering inspection and tests and maintaining records of successful completion of works andapprovals • Imparting training as per requirements across procedures and applications and ensuring material and equipment are requisitioned on time in correct quantities • Drafting reports to communicate progress to the Project Managers / Construction Manager / Project Engineer • Establishing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects • Improving the project efficiency by providing necessary recommendations in various stages of implementation • Implementing quality control checks on construction, using latest construction techniques /practices • Organizing and participating in project review and technical meetings for evaluating progress & de-bottlenecking • Monitoring the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, while ensuring that project is executed within the stipulated budget on time • Administering project activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; steering operations related to procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, and manpower planning. • Preparing monthly report reflection of work progress summary. • Estimating & defining appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective plan and schedule • Performing field observations of construction projects; interacting with agencies through all phases of designs • Headed Punch Items and Project Close-out and drove finalization of all outstanding issues at handover • Taking charge of the construction & widening of projects, supervising the scope of construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordinating for site management activities.
