Project Involved:  Osbit Pile Gripper and HSD Box #2  Offshore-Cluster Dolwin 5 – HVDC Platform (Dolwin Epsilon)  Osbit Boskalis Upending Hinge Project  Osbit Double Bollard and Landing Stools Fabrication  Piling Template and Related Installation Works Project for CSBC-DEME Engineering CO Ltd.  Osbit Cable Spread Modifications Fabrication  Jacket Flange Lifting Tool for Shinfox Far East Offshore Wind Power JLT TRC II Project Job Responsibilities:  Direct and coordinate technical personnel in performing inspections to ensure compliance with the established welding procedures, restriction, and standards; in testing welds for conformance with national code requirements; or testing welding personnel for certification and perform quality control activities, e.g. consumable control, fit-up, visual inspection, welding inspection and monitoring as required by the organization.  Review all QA and QC related documents i.e. dimensional control, inspection, NDE, post-heat welding, load test report and leak testing report.  Perform regular site surveillance inspection/audits to ensure all project specified and organization procedure/work instruction are duly followed with reference to national and international standards to ensure completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives.  Ensure that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out as per Inspection Test Plan and that personnel have access to all required project documentation to perform test and inspection in accordance to project specification and national code requirements.  Analyze and manage failure, corrective and preventive action issued by client and/or third-party representatives.  Support quality personnel to ensure products and processes comply with relevant requirements to the quality management system.  Develop and revise weld map and weld traceability according to approved fabrication drawings and modifications made to reflect any Technical Query/Concession raised through the project.  Assist QMS officer to implement and ensure the compliance of company quality system, i.e. ISO 9001.  Perform and organize WQT in accordance with project specification and national code requirements.  Liaise with Section Manager/Head to ensure quality system in compliance with quality management documents to ensure KPI reflects the corporate goals for continual improvement.  Compiling quality management documentation/records, reviewing QA/QC inspection document and report for final hand over.

Project Involved:  EPCIC Pegaga Development Project for Mubadala Petroleum Job Responsibilities:  Perform quality control activities, e.g. material verification, fit-up, visual inspection, welding inspection and monitoring as required by organization or project specification.  Perform site surveillance inspection to ensure all fabrication and/or welding activities in accordance to international standards/project specifications.  Ensure that inspections are carried out as per Inspection Test Plan.  Maintain and regular update the inspection and examination results in weld traceability/summary.  Liaise with Supervisor/Foreman in any matter related to quality control to ensure compliance with approved fabrication drawings/international standards/project specifications.  Liaise with NDE personnel for conducting examinations (UT, MT, PT or Hardness Test) on finished welds or repair welds.  Liaise with Quality Inspector and client representatives for any Notice of Inspection (NOI) raised which include final inspection in releasing items/products for blasting and painting.
