Job Description:- ❖ Prepare and review work packs detailing the tasks that must be carried out in sequence on the planned and unplanned works of in-service plants. ❖ In defining the piping systems and limits, and system descriptions are considered. ❖ Pre-planning the base work scope and a work breakdown structure, interacting with the strategic execution plan, from which work packs can be prepared. ❖ The work packs and job cards contain all that is needed to complete work that passes thorough testing and inspections for completion sign off. ❖ Responsible for the daily selection of both PM & others work orders for preparation following construction prioritization guidelines ❖ Familiar with inspection techniques and site situations for work planning and execution. ❖ Participate in Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, Safety Operation Assessments ❖ Liaise with onshore support and supervisors to confirm dates and all requirements are all reflected where required in the work packs. Responsible for ensuring all drawings includes P&ID, Isometrics constraints are managed, prioritized, scheduled and delivered as per target dates ❖ Responsible for ensuring all constraints are managed in relation to rough scheduled dates and target finish dates ❖ Responsible for maintaining High Quality tasks to reflect real time work preparation status

Job Description:- ❖ Assist and Support Integrity Division with Corrosion and Inspection team members direct reported to Site Integrity Team Leader of activities progress and forecast reporting ❖ Prepare and scheduling PM work orders and Overall completion follow-up with Engineers ❖ Coordinate and prepare planning and progress information for the Asset operational reports with Dashboard presentation, Asset Monthly Reports and Weekly reports ❖ Ensure implementation of the Oil & Gas company Contract requirements in area of responsibility and report any deviation to the Contract Manager through the line responsible ❖ Coordinate and prepare Presentation of Monthly reports and Highlights in Asset Screening Committee for Way forward further process and planning ❖ Ensure that all activities and works in the Area of responsibility are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements of company and the relevant authorities ❖ Follow up, monitor and control of the operation overall activities and detailed schedules on Site and report deviations and areas of concern to responsible manner

Position: Job Description: - ❖ Perform analysis and communicate activity critically, acceleration opportunities and constraints to the team to enable schedule optimization. ❖ Prepare the timely weekend and month end schedule updates to facilitate Inspection forecasting, and submit the next week plan for inspection plan activities, submit to Head of Inspection (Offshore / Offsite) ❖ Co-ordinate with Inspection team after determining the appropriate NDT method applicable to assess the equipment condition, Prepare and execute the NDT Inspection as per client schedule, Update Inspection plan after submit final report with client approval. ❖ Prepare schedule for Visual Inspection to the Plant Inspectors, Update and prepare the Isometrics and Equipment drawings as required, ❖ Update Dead leg Inspection Survey schedule for NDT Inspections and Visual Inspection for Plant Inspector, Update and Final Submit report to Inspection Engineer with relevant documents includes Inspection Check list, ❖ Update and monitor the Equipment calibration certificates and personnel details ❖ Prepare and Submit the Contractor Time record of Inspectors and NDT Technicians and Company monthly Invoices and other documentations

Description: - ❖ Carried out witness inspection of Hydro tests with Inspection Engineer and prepare and update Piping certificate for new spools, existing and new joints. ❖ Carried out Visual Inspection survey with Inspection Engineer within service Inspectors update inspection findings and update drawings for create maintenance work packs. ❖ Update the Isometric drawings in AutoCAD with Inspection TMLs for NDT Inspection and visual inspection purpose. ❖ Coordinate with project or Turnaround activities with contractors. ❖ Prepare the Markup drawings of Dead legs as per the Instructions of Head of Operations, and Mark up in Inspection Isometrics with summary for Inspection.

Description: - ❖ Update the Isometric drawings in AutoCAD with Inspection TMLs for NDT Inspection and visual inspection purpose. ❖ Prepare the Markup drawings of Dead legs as per the Instructions of Head of Operations, and Mark up in Inspection Isometrics and submit both drawings with summary for Inspection. ❖ Coordinate with project or Turnaround activities with contractors. ❖ Responsible for providing routine schedule support to the Asset Integrity Team in the execution of Coating, Mechanical, General Maintenance projects. ❖ Carried out Wellhead visual Survey with Offshore Inspection Engineer, update the finding then create maintenance recommendations and follow up. ❖ Carried out draft the hand sketch drawing of new platform isometrics at site in system wise, update in AutoCAD with TMLs.
