Responsibilities: • Handling all financial transactions of various projects and outlets • Cheque deposits and communication with suppliers and clients by email. • Checking and Maintaining DSR with Online Sales in POS and Refunds Reconciliation • Recording of accrued and prepaid expenses • Preparing payments to suppliers and recording of cash and bank daily transactions • Knowledge of working in different POS system ( Revel, IIKO) • Preparing Profit and Loss statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting submitting to client on monthly basis • Raise corporate invoices and send to customers on weekly, monthly or quarterly basis • Issue PDC'S to suppliers on behalf of client and check with bank to avoid any penalty • Monthly Stock Audits of the outlets and inventory reporting • Handling all bill payments related to utility expenses and contract renewal payments • VAT Return Filing, VAT Refund and Reconsideration preparation according to FTA policies • Detail-oriented Payroll specialist,WPS, commissions, and leave gratuity •Review all financial transactions to determine accuracy of work performed

Responsibilities: Prepares Financial Statements of the company Managed Accounts payable & Accounts Receivables Bank Reconciliation and follow up with Vendors for Outstanding payments VAT Submission & Pay roll preparation Handled month-end and year-end financesand managing and reporting
