Project : Engro Prill Tower Project, Fertilizer Plant Project DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Developing, Monitoring and ensure the implementation of HSE Plans, Policies & Procedures. • Monitoring HSE performance and provide instructions for improvement. • Supervise the HSE team and implementing the local & international rules & regulations. • Preparation of presentations/Trainings and Ensure HSE orientations and Trainings to employees. • Coordination and meeting with Client on HSE issues. • Preparation for Audits & inspections of site. • Follow safe work procedure and educate to employees. • Incident / Accident investigation& Reporting. • Ensure to check, tools, equipment and lifting gears Inspections. • Risk analysis and implementation of HSE procedures. • Monitoring & supervision of heavy lifting activities. • Maintain all HSE documentation and record. • Ensure the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) job Safety Analysis (JSA) & Task Risk Assessment (TRA) • Developing of Fire Risk Assessments, Confined space procedures • Preparations of Emergency evacuation plans for work site, workshop and offices areas. • Implementation of procedure for Hot / cold / confined space permits. • Arrange and conduct the required HSE trainings of work force. • Ensure that the safety and fire precautions are constantly enforced • Responsible for maintaining and implementing company safety policy and client safety program.
