RESPONSIBILITIES  Conducting site inspection, to ensure the implementation of HSE procedures.  Ensure the implementation of PTW system and monitor the strict compliance of PTW system at site.  Ensure the Implementation of HSE policy and procedures at site.  Inspection & implementation of color code system for lifting gears, power tools & safety harness etc.  Ensure the planet, tools and equipment safe for use and certified by third party.  Investigation, recording and reporting of all incidents/ accidents.  Delivered in-house training for workers, includes safety induction, confined space, hole watcher, fire watcher, lifting activities, work at height, manual handling etc.  Conduct regular tool box talk for importance of health and safety at site.  Carrying out Risk Assessments and developing SSOW for all site activities.  Ensure the all activities are carried out in safe manner at site.  Part of schedule walk through with consultant and client team to enhance HSE at work place.  Assist the management in promoting a positive health and safety culture at worksite.  Ensure welfare facilities for employees are available and maintained.  Conducting weekly and monthly safety meetings.  Supervised Infra projects, which includes the monitoring of excavation works, underground pipelines installation, road works etc.
