Chair of site HSE committee and other HSE and Client SIMOPS Meetings. 8. Carrying out HSE Orientation programs, Job Specific Training’s for EPC contractor personnel. 9. Preparing and implementing the overall HSE Plan for EPC 3/C at the design phase and for reviewing, monitoring, auditing and reporting on the performance of the HSE activities. 10. Responsible for ensuring HSE Pro-activeness safety culture is implemented throughout the project lifecycle and to stopping any activity which is imminent danger to workforce and property. 11. Maintain and conduct a schedule of HSE audits, emergency drills, Inspections and participate in the review of findings from all audits, inspections, incident's investigations and tracking of recommendations. 12. Represents the project on all HSE matters with line bodies. 13. Conveying appropriate guidance to the project personnel on HSE matters. 1 4. Ensuring that all HSE standards, procedures, and applicable local legislation are applied at all stages of the Project. 15. Support and line management responsibility for the Engineering HSE Engineer and the Commissioning HSE Engineer. 16. Liaison with COMPANY HSE OQ8 Superiors. 17. Ensuring all HSE activities onsite are under this Construction HSE Plan and the Construction HSE Reference Manual. 18. Ensuring all Sub EPC contractors, TPI suppliers and visitors onsite comply with OQ8 project HSE requirements. 19. Review Incident/Accident investigation reports from contractors, report & communicate the learning points, and monitor the immediate action and follow-up actions to minimize and from Through project reporting Prevent re-occurrence. 20. Attending monthly safety committee Meetings at head office. 21. Review Method Statements and Risk Assessments and ensure that permits are implemented onsite as per permit to work procedure. 22. Ensure that the project HSSE reporting methods and adequate communication skills are implemented and followed by all subcontractors. 23. Conducted monthly pulse audits for HSE compliance on site, PPE Audit, Plant & Equipment, and Lifting tackles, Compliance of Job Start Cards. 24. Conduct Weekly Fire Audit, coordinate with fire marshals and conduct fire drills every 03 months, check site welfare facilities and ensure they meet the project required standards. 25. Undertaking daily site HSSE visual inspections, reporting issues and submitting observation reports via the project reporting system. Observe up closeout for all HSSE inspections.
