Projects RESIDENTIAL BUILDING DEVELOPMENT ( (Pre-Contract) ▪ Conducting cost estimation (CE) and rate analysis, including all supporting calculations and relevant documentation. ▪ Attending meetings with engineers and client representatives, engaging in negotiations to ensure project requirements are met. ▪ Monitoring project sites and preparing daily progress reports for thorough analysis. ▪ Reviewing tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQs (if available), specifications, and client requirements to ensure accurate estimating and planning. ▪ Preparing BOQs and tender documents, along with reviewing and correcting contract agreements.

Projects ABRAJ QUARTIER GATEWAY TOWER (Post-Contract) ▪ Prepare and submit interim and final payment applications. ▪ Review and certify variations while evaluating supporting documents. ▪ Conduct project close-out procedures in accordance with contractual terms and conditions. ▪ Perform cost estimation (CE) and rate analysis with all supporting documents. ▪ Attend meetings with engineers and client representatives for negotiations. ▪ Monitor sites and prepare daily progress report analyses for each project. ▪ Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. ▪ Prepare interim valuations for payment applications.
