Job Responsibilities: ❖ Utilizing ADNOC work permit systems effectively to manage and control work activities. ❖ Demonstrating strong time management and communication skills for efficient taskexecution. ❖ Applying in-depth knowledge of hazard recognition, confined space procedures, hot work,cold work, and line break activities. ❖ Initiating and completing all relevant sections of the work permit with accuracy andattention to detail. ❖ Supervising and overseeing the work specified in the permit, ensuring compliance withsafety protocols. ❖ Regularly updating the issuer on work progress and completion, prioritizing a safe andoperational work site. ❖ Diligently preserving the permit in good condition to avoid any lapses in work authorization. ❖ Arranging and providing all necessary resources required for the successful execution ofthe assigned tasks. ❖ Scheduling and conducting meetings to monitor the progress and timely completion ofwork. ❖ Cultivating positive and cooperative relationships with workers, colleagues, and contractors at all levels. ❖ Serving as a troubleshooter on-site to address and resolve technical issues promptly. ❖ Promoting a positive teamwork environment to enhance overall project efficiency andharmony.
