 Implementation of Safety Policies and Procedures as per HSE manual.  Conducting regular safety inspections & finding the Hazards & Eliminating the Hazards by taking Corrective Action & Preventive Measures.  Conduct a regular safety toolbox meeting.  Investigating all Accidents / Incidents /Near misses and maintaining the Accidents statistics Records, finding out the root cause and advising management for avoiding re- occurrence.  Inspection of fire extinguisher.  Inspection of equipment physical condition and checklist.  Monitoring the work activities.  Implementation with the company safety procedure to avoid the unsafe activity  Evaluate safety performance of the employees, subcontractor and take disciplinary action against their frequent violation of health and safety requirements.  Implementing Lock Out & Tag Out System (LOTO)  Implementing & Monitoring the Work Permit System for all works  Familiarized with Safe handling of Welding safety, Excavation Safety, Scaffold Safety, Cranes and Sling Safety  To inspect all tools and tackles at regular interval of time.  Update the list of equipment and make sure they are in safe condition  Ensuring the provision of first aid, fire system and emergency procedure  Coordinated to implementation and maintenance of an Emergency Response Plan  Keeps and maintain complete record of HSE management system.  Conduct Proper Training to the Employees on Environmental, Health & Safety  Management system,  Conduct the safety induction training.  Preparing Job Safety Analysis, Job Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessments for various work activities.  Ensure all HSE related issues are communicated to the work force through daily and weekly tool box talk and maintain the attendance record by having employee’s signatures.  Closely monitor failed activities and works to ensure that unsafe acts and unsafe condition control or eliminated.  Have systematic approach to problem solving.  Submit regular safety related reports as per required by HSE Department
