Roles & Responsibilities  To check and ensure that the work is complying as per project specification & method statement.  Competently accept the work permits & ensured the tasks were executed with the approved work permit in compliance with client WMS system & ensured the safety and welfare of all team member.  Carried out site surveys to determine the scope of work and exact work location, nearby live and underground facilities to assess hazard and risk levels.  Conduct tool box talk (TBT) on job specifics, workplace hazards and responsible for safety and care of my technical crew, plant & equipment.  Interpreted all engineering isometric drawings, P&ID’s, GAD’s & pipeline alignment sheets in the fields of mechanical construction works, piping and pipeline project works and provide supports to the technical crew for implementation.  Lead welding crew in site preparation, equipment mobilization and execution of all fit-up and welding activities for piping & pipelines.  Effectively supervised oil and gas piping engineering construction works including hydrotest, pneumatic test, air blowing, nitrogen purging and steam flushing.  Track progress of activities, prepare and reports site daily progress to the construction manager.  Worked in red zone by wearing SCBA and supervise the manpower of 60 with 4 crew members and do the activities like erection of piping & spools.  Worked with quality control department to ensure effective implementation of all QA/QC inspections and NDT tests like magnetic particle test(MT), penetrant test(PT), ultrasonic test(UT) & radiographic test(RT) to track defects and non-conformity.  Managed the commissioning of vessel including vessel internal inspection and do the activities like pump mechanical run test(MRT), resin loading, water flushing, function test punch review, vessel & line pressurization, leak test, silica analyzer commissioning, de-chlorine chemical dilution & loading, double regeneration of cation(alpha & bravo) & anion(alpha & bravo) vessel, trial run & performance test.  Carried out service tests of test package like utility water(UW), plant air(PA), instrument air(IA) & nitrogen(N2).  Participated in plant shutdown and do the activities like blind installation, grating removal, cold cutting of big bore pipes, pipe joints tie-in, pre & post weld heat treatment(PWHT), thermowell installation, boot removal, contro trace welding at steam manifold, pipe & support fabrication & vibration support installation.
