Job Responsibilities: PRE-TENDER STAGE: • Define project scope, objectives, budget, and timeline • Conduct site feasibility studies and risk assessments • Develop preliminary designs and ensure alignment with regulations • Coordinate preparation of tender documents (drawings, BOQs, specs). TENDERING & CONTRACTOR APPOINTMENT: • Issue tenders to qualified contractors • Respond to bidder queries and manage tender addenda • Evaluate bids based on technical and financial criteria • Recommend and assist with contractor selection • Negotiate and formalize the construction contract.
