Scope of Work : Responsible for Erection of Junction Houses and Conveyor Belts for the RMHS expansion project (250 MT) Coordinated structural repair and refurbishment works during planned plant turnarounds and unplanned emergency shutdowns. Inspect the construction site to monitor progress and assesses conformance to engineering plans, specifications and construction standards. Maintaining records of delivery & quantity of material, safety checklist for the equipment and heavy machines used at site.

Collaborated with business managers and the Program Management Office (PMO) to identify and implement strategic business process improvements, reporting directly to the CEO. Led project status meetings and provided comprehensive weekly reports to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
