Dutco Construction JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Procure-To-Pay cycle including internal demand management, specifications standardization, coordination with other departments, negotiations, Payment terms, PO administration & other post order activities ▪ Understand the project using provided documents from consultant such as Blue prints, Specifications, scope of works, RFI’s, BOQ’s, drawings Etc.,. ▪ Prepare Enquiries which shall contain the required documentsin-order to review and offer prices. ▪ Send enquiries to registered and qualified suppliers as per the vendor list. ▪ Asses the technical proposal against the provided documents and local authority regulations. ▪ Prepare commercial and technical comparison to evaluate the proposals.. ▪ Ensure the Proposal gets complied with provided documents, authority regulations and project requirements ▪ Negotiate with them to reduce cost in-order to meet the budget requirement. ▪ Negotiate the suitable and convenient payment term with the Sub contractor/Supplier/Integrators. ▪ After choosing the Sub contractor/Supplier/Integrators, LOI shall be prepared and send to them to proceed further with submittals and so on. ▪ After getting approval for pre-qualification and technical submittal from consultant, sub-contractor agreement shall be prepared in-order to board them officially into the project. ▪ Based on site requirement LPO shall be processed and issued to the concern Sub contractor/Supplier/Integrators. ▪ After issuing LPO, supply chain management to be monitored.
