Shipments Clearing: Shipments clearing and follow up of shipments with shipping companies after the items have been taken from supplier warehouse. Arranging COO, Packing List, Invoices and other important documents related to clearance. Shipping Companies arrangements: Preparing Items Details, Sending enquires for Quotations of Freight Forwarding. Preparing Quotations comparison list. Dealing for shipment clearance and using MIRSAL II System. Documents Record Keeping: Proper record keeping of all documents related to the above operations and providing information in time when required to all sections and customers. NEW ORDER PLANNING: On the basis of previous sales and current demand planning for new Order of different items. Coordinating with Sales team and purchase team for the same. Preparing reports for equal distribution of stock in all sections. Data Entry: DO’S, Credit Returns, Purchase orders, Purchase Returns, Direct transfer from one section to another section entries, Reports Preparation: Receiving Daily sales reports from all sections. Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Sales Reports. Deliveries Arrangements: Getting items request, enquiries and arranging deliveries for all Sections and customers from start to end. Weekly Current Stock Report: For IT Team & Sales Team weekly preparing current stock report to support them for updating it online and find items easily when required. Stock Reciving & Counting: Receiving of items from suppliers and other sections, arranging Forklift, counting, comparison and placement of items at its located positions. Marketing Team Support: Helping Marketing team for any show arrangements, providing different reports as requested by them, arranging special items from store on their request. Warehouse Maintenance: Segregating different items, Placement and coding, coordinating with head office for Warehouse maintenance. Also some time items received from other section (Saudi) are open not packed so doing proper re packing and cleaning to send it back for sale. Total Inventory Check: Doing total inventory check when requested by management for Jaddaf, and chinies partner warehouses. Jaddaf Gate Pass arrangements: Arranging gate passes for outgoing and incoming stock and dealing with Jaddaf head office accordingly. Attending Meeting: Attending weekly meetings & presenting my reports. Discussing current tasks and getting new tasks from management for next Week.

Warehouse Coordinator: Day to day coordination on projects with responsibility of communicating, documenting and maintaining Warehouse details with various Concern team members. Gather all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and Warehouse meetings Work with Warehouse team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and Inventory assignments. Manage the folder setup and access level of Stock files to ensure organization of all project documentation Create and maintain reports, tracking logs, documents and various correspondences using Warehouse data. Store In Charge: Coordinate & send out timely communication to Clients/ suppliers regarding contracts, orders and other inventory related items. Aggregation of Material (Chemicals, Tools, MEP, etc.)). Coordinate with the Head office for Material requisions, Purchase orders, Delivery Notes & to insure that all documents are obtained. Drafting communications on behalf of the Managing director. Prepare Daily reports of orders & deliveries for each product. Prepare Delivery schedule one day before for daily demand of product Assist in preparation & submission of Daily reports, Time sheets; ensuring that all required documents are submitted and rates/amounts are noted down correctly. Insuring the in time delivery of materials as requested. Follow up with the suppliers and subcontractor for the material related issues. Maintenance of the Tools & Tracking records of the materials.
