 Finance: Oversee, manage, and control day to day accounting operations, including receivable, payable, payroll, training staff, and intercompany and bank account reconciliation.  Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely submission.  Tax & Compliance: Oversee and handle Vat filing, corporate tax and all regulatory financial requirements and deadlines.  Budget, forecasting and Control: Oversee the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecast and cash slow to support decision making and prepare financial plans.  Audit and Internal controls: Liaised auditor to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, internal control, and facilities audit process. Implemented internal control measures to safeguard company assets  Human Resources : Collaborate with HR on hiring, managing pay and benefits, and ensuring compliance to help align our financial goals with the team.

 Analysis & preparation of Financial statements for Audit. Prepare Internal Audit Plan based on management insight & existing control weakness.  Monitored the Payroll department, calculating monthly Bonus according to the performance of the employee and arranging the payments (inside and outside UAE).  Created daily, weekly and monthly reports for management. Bank reconciliation (multicurrency account). Developed forecasting tools to analyse revenue variance, business pipeline and industry trends.

Completed daily cash functions like account tracking, payroll and wage allocations, budgeting, and all types of cash and banking reconciliations.  Strengthened financial management processes to bring errors to near-zero in reporting, payroll administration and general bookkeeping.  Supported monthly reporting analysis to achieve validation of internal reports and to reconcile production operations and general ledger.
