Detailed study of Purchase Order, Engineering drawing , Scope of supply & overall planning. Issuing IFC drawings to Production, QA/QC departments with proper document transmittal. Preparation of BOM (Bill Of Material) as per the approved drawings and TDC. Prepare project plan for Shop & planning daily production activities in shop as per project priority. Ensuring that machinery and equipment are kept in good working order. Preparation of material purchase requisition. Plan monthly requirement of tools, consumables, supporting materials for shop. Monitoring and maintaining raw material stock as per requirement. Sourcing for the vendors, to assist procurement department. Preparation of Material Cutting Layouts using AUTOCAD 2D. Optimize utilization of materials and eliminate or minimize scrap. Preparation of CNC programs for machines such as Water Jet cutting machine (Stadlers) CNC oxyfuel/plasma cutting machine(Pro arc). Effective communication & coordination with people at all levels from different departments like Engineering, Purchase, QA & QC. To check and ensure that the work done is as per project specification and as per approved drawing . Coordinating and monitoring of equipment and keep tracking of preventive maintenance. Coordinate with sub contractors for smooth flow of work.

Design and Construction of Residential and Non-residential Buildings. Verify the availability and adequacy of material and drawing. Review of entire drawing for the project. Confirms that the work complies with quality safety/health and environment. Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.

Annual Maintenance Contract (Civil) at Cochin International Airport. Coordinating - Supervising major and minor maintenance activities at air side and city side of the Airport facility. Verify the availability and adequacy of materials required. coordination and controlling all site related mobilization and resources including manpower and equipment's. Preparing daily inspection reports on field activities. Responsible for materials requisition and purchases.

Construction of Residential and Non-residential Buildings. Detailed review of approved Engineering drawing. Ensures equipment, materials, hand tools & power tools are on hand for work execution. Supervising all the construction related activities at site and ensured the works are carried out safely and in compliance with approved scope of work, Engineering drawings, client specific standards and specifications within the agreed schedule. Resolving the Engineering related issues on construction site. Confirms that the work complies with quality safety/health and environment.
