PROJECTS • Fields 1026 Villas (475million) USD • Location: Nad Al Sheba ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Take off measurements, Preparation of BOQ for Subcontractors. • Find Subcontractors/Suppliers for the required work and Send RFQ. • Preparation Contracts and purchase orders for Subcontractors and Suppliers. • Preparation BOQ Breakdown for the Subcontractor Interim Payments. • Calculation and preparation of Subcontractor payments, Cross checking subcontractor VAT Invoices, Documentation of the sub-contractor Bills and maintaining records & logs. • Preparation of Documents for Variation orders. • Conducting commercial meetings with the Contractors. • Preparation Interim Payment application to Claim from the Client, Collecting and preparing related documents such as MIR, WIR and other Checklist Documents, • Coordinates with the Consultant and PMC for the approval and submit the final Approved document through Aconex. • Attending to the meetings with Consultant and PMC. • Maintain all necessary documents including measurement sheets, meeting minutes, reports etc.

PROJECTS • Annai Saradha Maha Vidyalaya school project (120 million) LKR • 2BHK Apartment construction (75 million) LKR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Taking off quantities and preparing site measurements for daily and interim cost tracking. • Preparing and submitting interim payment applications and actual cost reports. • Monitoring subcontractors’ work progress and processing their interim payments. • Measuring and preparing variations and claims as per contract requirements. • Studying tender documents to identify scope, specifications, and tender details. • Coordinating with engineers and designers to develop accurate drawings during design stages.

Fathimiya Maha Vidyalaya school project (150 million LKR) • 3-Story Residential Building Construction (53million LKR) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Taking off quantities for various project requirements. • Preparing actual cost reports based on daily measurements. • Conducting site measurements and maintaining accurate records. • Collaborating with engineers and designers to develop and revise drawings during design progress. • Preparing interim payment applications. • Monitoring subcontractors' work and processing their interim payments. • Measuring and preparing variations and claims. • Reviewing tender documents to identify the scope of work and gather necessary tender details.
