Duties and Responsibilities  Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.  Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.  Maximize the productivity by train the W.H employees to do their work 100% properly.  Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary.  Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.  Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.  Very close follow-up with the concerned government organizations related to our operations such as municipality’s, drug & food safety org, customs ...Etc.  Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.  Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.  Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.  Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.  Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service (Sales Dep).  Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations

 Duties and Responsibilities 1- dispatch planning from the main factory to the other main warehouses. 2- Oversee the transportation of products from one the factory “KSA” to “Gulf”, such as from loading areas to warehouses or warehouses to stores. & Main Warehouses to small centers located in different places (AUH, Alain, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait) 3- Conduct a cost analysis of several transportation companies in order to select one that is cost-efficient and able to handle the shipment loads. 4- Communicate with trucking tracking and trucks companies, warehouse supervisors, customs brokers and trustee, sales forces and customers. 5- Maintain Warehouse Inventory by checking the main W.H S. Vs daily reports and make the closing done twice a month after matching the system 100% without any variances. All this process should done throw the system and official communications and the summery will be in the system (sales PRO) after finish all the staging approvals from the supply chain department.

Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results. 1- Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service 3- Responsible for exporting to the Gulf countries. 4- Overseeing stock control and receiving orders from the customers & Suppliers. 5- Taking care of customer service including handling queries and complaints. 6- Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 7- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 8- Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts
