 Business park phase 2 completion (5.5 lakh sqft).Kozhikode.  Part of initial construction stage at Hilite centre Mannarkadu mall (6.7 lakh sqft).  Worked as a project coordinator for Hilite Cypress (1.5 lakh sqft). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  Construction inspection and supervision.  Conducted regular meetings to address and discuss upcoming activities and planning, execution-related issues, design-related issues and work progress.  Implemented quality control procedures following IS codes and methods of statements of various activities.  Regularly monitoring of work planner and work done of the construction activities.  Provide proper suggestions to control unnecessary expenses.  Applied root cause analysis methodologies to identify and resolve construction project issues resulting in improved efficiency, and enhanced quality outcomes.  Resolving unexpected technical difficulties during construction and seeking suggestions from high authorities including consultants, architects whenever it is necessary.  Monitored and supervised contractor work to ensure compliance with project specifications.  Efficiently monitored material quality by conducting tests as per IS code and timely deliveries of material from suppliers.  Ensured construction safety protocols to maintain safe working environments for all team members.  Effectively monitoring of cost analysis of projects.
