Presently working as Mechanical Supervisor in Al-Dhafra petroleum Haliba field Abu-Dhabi.  In the well head oil production piping and water injection piping installation 2” to 12” at Haliba field has been done.  Production export line 16” piping installation from Haliba to ASAB ADNOC ONSHORE field hasbeen done.  Prepare the punch list and follow-up for clearing from construction team in oil well head production line.  Equipment Installation Inspections commissioning and maintenance of oil export pump pumps Multi Phase BORNMANN), Instrument Air compressor (Ingersoll Rand), Nitrogen Package Air drier (Sinergia Italy), Water Injection pumps Chemical injection package (Oxygen scavenge & Biocide) close drain pumps (Ruhrpumpen/Flowserve), HVAC(Duct installation, cladding, damper, Diesel Transfer pumps, Drain Pumps, Booster Pumps etc.  Well head Commissioning Maintenance and troubleshooting carried out of Oil well, Disposal well, water Injection well, of all Chock vales, WV, SSV and X-Mass-Tree.  Prepare the daily wise job activity and monthly wise job completion reports.  Preparing Inspection checklists related to quality as well as project execution for small, medium task orders conducting.  Dimensional surveys and visual inspections for all incoming materials, Final inspection includingcuring, Dry film thickness and Visual inspection for any defects.  Monitoring and reviewing records of stringing, fit up, visual, electrode batch number details, repair details, Tie-in details, NDT requests.  Calculating the total as well as individual welder repair and performance statistics and publish to QA/QC Departments and clients on weekly basis.  Verification of Coating & Painting Materials with their Data Sheets with the Specifications.Physical Check of Coating & Painting materials at site and their storage checking.  Surface preparation as per required specification standard followed by inspection of surface contaminants.  Monitoring the mixing and thinning of Paints, witnessing Adhesion Tests.

Carry out the Preventive, corrective maintenance and Major O/H work activity and weeklyroutine check-up, also carry out the conditioning monitoring of the following equipment’s.  Mather Platt Multistage Stage Pumps, and Ingersoll Rand Multistage Pumps & Weir Pumps,  Maintaining Rotary & Statics Machine (Such as Gas Compressor, Pumps)  Maintaining BQ, Multiphase pump Huwaila, Power Station and Water Injection Clusters,  Working on MAN Gas Compressor, Dresser Rand Gas Compressor,  Carry out the conditioning Monitoring of Rotating equipment. Using Fluke 810 Vibration Analyzer, daily uploading data in system to maintain the Maximo log book for future reference.  Training/ Coaching to all the CAS Trainee and Assistant Technician in Maintenance Department.  Handling the entire preventive and corrective maintenance job through the Maximo system,  Keep the updated record of the spare parts of the pumps/ Seals. Also raising the DTR of the req. spares parts for PM/ CR jobs. Keep the up dated record of all the equipment and its status. Updated to the supervisors.  Maintenance & overhauling of fire water pump single stage double suction (SPP) USA. Maintenance & overhauling of horizontal single stage, single suction centrifugal ITT GOULDS Pumps.

 Schedule maintenance of cooling water pumps horizontal (EBARA)  Schedule maintenance of Sea water intake pumps VYM model/2000.  Laser alignment machines opt align for all types of rotary equipment.  For example, performance with leadership initiatives & contribution for successful completion of Sea water intake pump 90" body crack NRV Removal & new NRV installation.  Maintenance of Cooling Tower Fans Blade angle setting as per vendor training HOWDEN.  Maintenance of Cooling Tower Distribution main header detached.  Maintenance of cooling tower fan driver Gear box step down gear by speed reduction (LUFKIN).  Witnessing & punch listed for rotary, statics & pipe racks structure during commissioning.  Knowledge of safety rules & regulation as per ISO.

 Carry out and lead skilled maintenance work independently in the repair, overhaul, troubleshooting, alignment and modification of mechanical, rotating and stationary equipment like pumps, compressors etc.  Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on rotating equipment  Hands-on experience in handling mechanical seals, O-rings, gaskets and shaft seals  Ability to identify piping specs, gaskets, bolts and nuts, valves etc. and able to carryout the work on all the piping  Able to take precision measurement using depth gauges, micrometer, verniercaliper etc. and must be able to work to very close tolerances.

 Day to day maintenance activities  Preventive maintenance of all equipment’s like centrifugal pumps, Fin-Fan Coolers, Conveyer system etc.  Breakdown maintenance of all equipment’s.  Overhauling of all rotating equipment’s.  Working with static equipment’s.  Carrying out running maintenance of all critical equipment.  Carrying out of all Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance.  Involving in emergency shutdown activities

 Carryout weekly Inspection of Pumps, Compressors, Gear Box & other Utilities.  To attend and successfully accomplish the shutdown maintenance.  Troubleshooting and servicing of Pumps, Fans, Boilers, Vessels, Columns, Plate Type Heat Exchangers, Valves, Evaporators &De-aerators  Scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance.  Preparing report of unit/area job status. keeping as record  Preparation of X-mas Tree Gate valve, Swab/crown, upper master, lower master, wing valves (operating & closing), surface safety valve, and adjustable choke valve, SSV/Shut Down valve SDV.  Choke manifold, upstream by-pass, positive choke valve, and adjustable choke valve and down changing of chokes. ADNOC Classification: Internal  Oil & Gas pipe manifold-post side or starboard side valves.  Knowledge on flow lines, work of separator, conditions of test, production separator, 3 phase (gas, oil & water) separate, Pressure Control Valve PCV, Oil level controller, gas pressure controller, changing of orifice plates, taking separator readings, flowing well fluid through separator, bypassing opening and closing of manual low torque valves.
