Presently working as Mechanical Supervisor in Al-Dhafra petroleum Haliba field Abu-Dhabi. In the well head oil production piping and water injection piping installation 2” to 12” at Haliba field has been done. Production export line 16” piping installation from Haliba to ASAB ADNOC ONSHORE field hasbeen done. Prepare the punch list and follow-up for clearing from construction team in oil well head production line. Equipment Installation Inspections commissioning and maintenance of oil export pump pumps Multi Phase BORNMANN), Instrument Air compressor (Ingersoll Rand), Nitrogen Package Air drier (Sinergia Italy), Water Injection pumps Chemical injection package (Oxygen scavenge & Biocide) close drain pumps (Ruhrpumpen/Flowserve), HVAC(Duct installation, cladding, damper, Diesel Transfer pumps, Drain Pumps, Booster Pumps etc. Well head Commissioning Maintenance and troubleshooting carried out of Oil well, Disposal well, water Injection well, of all Chock vales, WV, SSV and X-Mass-Tree. Preparing report of unit/area job status. keeping as record Preparation of X-mas Tree Gate valve, Swab/crown, upper master, lower master, wing valves (operating & closing), surface safety valve, and adjustable choke valve, SSV/Shut Down valve SDV. Choke manifold, upstream by-pass, positive choke valve, and adjustable choke valve and down changing of chokes. ADNOC Classification: Internal Oil & Gas pipe manifold-post side or starboard side valves.
