By exploring topics like gender roles and stereotypes, intersectionality and identity, power dynamics and inequality, representation and media, and social justice and activism, gender studies aims to challenge and transform societal norms, policies, and practices that perpetuate gender-based discrimination and inequality, ultimately driving positive change.
