WATER INJECTION PLANT OPERATIONS: -ELECTRICAL SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS REDA (VSD): Worked in water injection plants involving water supply wells with submersible pumps (variable speed drive REDA pumps) water injection, disposal wells. Flow Pressure adjustment according to the operation necessity; Trouble shooting, Reporting operation abnormalities of the water injection system, Daily report preparation. SHUTDOWN JOBS: Well versed in the planning and execution of preventive shut down job and Emergency shutdown jobs. Maintaining the inventory required for major planned shutdown works. TERMINAL OPERATION: Carried out various duties such as Loading arm connection & disconnection to oil tankers, Ticket preparation for meter before & after loading, Starting & Stopping Crude/Naphtha loading, ensure correct flow rate by operating loading pumps, Crude/Naphtha meter proving, Assisting the field operator to take correct action during emergency, Assisting Shift Supervisor in cargo calculation & checklist & document preparation, writing all the event happened during the shift in logbook. SULPHER RECOVERY UNIT: Acid gas is coming from the sweetening unit to recover the Sulphur. Maintain the incinerator, knockout drums, oxidizer and absorber, adding catalytic reagents AR1310 and liquid Sulphur is transfer to Sulphur storage tank by transfer pumps. Absorption section and regenerator section, in the absorption section, H2S is absorbed in the alkaline catalyst solution. Follow up of PTW system and maintain their records. Chelate Catalyst in aqueous solution to convert hydrogen sulphide to sulphide to elementary sulphur. Process is regenerative in nature and the catalyst used in ppm level is regenerated by air. Process treats amine off gas with low H2S low concentration (< 50000 ppmv ) but it is able to treat acid gas with large variation in H2S concentration Process has high H2S removal efficiency. FCC UNIT: Monitor and control operational performance of well-head platforms, satellites, water injection, gas treatment and power generation plant. Check the operation of the well-head platforms and the flowing injection status frequently through Experion displays; if a string has ceased to flow due to safety cabinet failure or any other reason, inform well-head team to initiate action to revive the string. Constantly monitor levels of production and perform well flow tests as per schedule and adjust the injection well-head team to initiate action to revive the string.- Coordinate with well-head team to open/close wing valves, divert strings to production/test header and to start/stop test separator and to carry out preventive maintenance; under instruction, open/closes strings to meet level of production. Coordinate with well-head team and satellite team while pigging water flow lines and depressuring / pressuring oil flow lines for rig requirement, liaise during main oil line pigging. Record in log book daily surface data (such as process pressure, temperature, annulus pressure, injection flow rate, etc.); if any parameter deviates from the normal value, bring to the attention of well-head team. Record surface data at requested intervals during communication tests, injectivity tests, etc. Coordinate with plant Senior Operators/Operators during plant shutdown/start-up, process upsets, permutation of equipment, altering process conditions, and during oil/gas/water trunkline pigging operations to ensure these are affected within agreed procedures. Monitor the start/stop sequence of major equipment (like gas compressors, propane compressors, HP pumps, etc.), and in case the sequence is aborted, identify the reason and inform the plant Senior Operator to take corrective action. Whenever an alarm is received, inform plant Senior Operator to check for the cause of alarm and to rectify it. Monitor and control remotely all plant equipment such as production separators, pumps, compressors, filters, deaerators, turbines, etc., to ensure operational objectives are achieved. CDU UNIT: In petroleum refining, the Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) (often referred to as the Atmospheric Distillation Unit) is usually the first processing equipment through which crude oil is fed. Once in the CDU, crude oil is distilled into various products, like naphtha, kerosene, and diesel, that then serve as feedstocks for all other processing units at the refinery. UTILITIES: -Well versed in Gas Turbine Generator, Utility & Instrument air compressor, Fire water pumping station, Centrifugal pump, Water treatment plant, produced water treatment plant, Cooling Tower, Chemical injections.
