• Single focal point for drilling materials requirement for onshore / offshore, drilling / workover operations. • Leading the team of drilling materials clerks & materials-man at JAOSB yard for drilling materials preparation. • Coordinate with vendor workshops for assemblies / equipment preparation as required for drilling operations. • Coordinate with offshore location and marine department for vessel load out plans and routing for on time materials availability on location. Preparing vessel load out plan & manifests. • Coordinate with Drilling, Completion, Welltest engineers for materials requirement for current & upcoming wells. • Organization and coordination of on-site logistic requirements based on priorities and safety requirement (availability of Primary evacuation means on assets) in close contact with Logistics Operations. • Coordinate with offshore locations, onshore locations, logistics partner & marine department for interfiled materials movements in a positive manner • Responsible for storage & inventory of drilling assemblies and tubulars. • Responsible for inspections of completion assemblies, casings and other related equipment as per standard & specific requirements of completion & drilling plan. • Providing materials & Logistics support to offshore/onshore drilling and workover operations in a safe, efficient manner with maximum cost reduction.

• Assisting OTL and department supervisors in planning and scheduling of materials, equipment, rental services for PMS schedules to help in drilling & production program. • Control over offshore warehouse, coordination with engineering, maintenance and logistics / procurement departments for materials requirement, storage and procurement planning. • Preparing, issuing and controlling documentation for the shipment of goods classified by the UN as Dangerous for Shipment by Air or Sea. • Monitoring critical spares & equipment inventory to optimum level. Identifying critical spares required for operation by consulting maintenance technicians and vendors and define the min-max for the new recommended items. • Initiating goods receipt evaluation. Inspecting, verifying goods receipt, evaluation according to purchase order. • Developing and communicating plans for the safe and efficient back loading and offloading of supply vessels in accordance with company approved procedures. • Assisting with the execution of installation waste management policy and procedure including accurate documentation for all company produced waste shipments in accordance with SEPA regulations. • Maintaining repair-return and rental equipment record, inbound and outbound shipping manifest. • Responsible to validate all third-party charges and rebilling of materials & services, maintain documentation, submit rebilling proposal and close the request after completion the process & Maintaining rental log.

• Responsible for planning and scheduling of materials, rental services to help in drilling program. • Ensuring inventory of spares were maintained at optimal level. Leverage SAP / NICS inventory management system to sustain inventory of spares. • Formulating shipping and chopper manifest in accordance with IMDG codes wherever required. • Inspecting and verifying goods receipt, evaluation according to purchase order and agreed terms. Perform receive / return activities and ensure inventory adjustments are made accordingly. • Managing rig warehouse inventory. Update purchase requisition and purchase orders information in SAP. • Identifying critical and additional materials / spare parts required for operation by consulting maintenance technicians and vendors and define the min-max for the new recommended items. • Monitoring and keeping track record of equipment stored in different yards of divisional location for rig, including tubular, divisional assets. Documenting of rig to rig transfer and certification.
