➢ Responsible for repair and testing of various valves, including but not limited to ball valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, safety relief valves, etc. ➢ Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly and testing of valves at Flotech facilities and client locations. ➢ Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all Quality Control and ASME National Board standards that apply to the job. ➢ Thoroughly complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs. ➢ Travel to job sites and adhere to all site safety and performance requirements. ➢ Communicate timely updates to management, co-workers, and customers to ensure timely and successful completion of job responsibilities. ➢ Works closely with co-workers, management and safety coordinator to ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations. ➢ Worked in filters, strainers, flame arrester and pipe line plant Maintenance. ➢ Involved in safety relief valves overhauling and general valves Gate Valve, globe valve, ball valve, check valve etc. ➢ Repair and change the gland packing and plant preventive maintenance of static Equipments.

Pre-Commissioning Responsibilities: ➢ Examine design specifications, mechanical drawings, and system manuals to understand installation requirements and operational standards. ➢ Check that all mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, etc.) is delivered, undamaged, and in compliance with project specifications. ➢ Ensure that mechanical systems and components are installed correctly, including alignment, levelling, and securing of equipment. ➢ Confirm that all installation work meets engineering and safety standards. ➢ Perform pre-commissioning checks such as pressure testing of pipelines, leak testing, and system flushing to prepare systems for start-up. ➢ Collaborate with electrical and instrumentation teams to integrate mechanical systems with control systems. ➢ Ensure proper functionality and communication between mechanical and control systems. ➢ Assist with the initial start-up of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and other critical machinery. ➢ Follow detailed start-up procedures to safely and effectively bring systems online. ➢ Conduct operational tests to verify that mechanical systems meet design performance criteria and operational efficiency. ➢ Check system parameters, such as pressure, temperature, and flow rates, against required specifications. ➢ Identify and address any issues or malfunctions that arise during commissioning. ➢ Implement corrective actions and adjustments to resolve problems and ensure optimal system performance. ➢ Verify that all safety systems are functional, including emergency shutdown systems and safety interlocks. ➢ Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all commissioning activities comply with safety regulations. ➢ Fine-tune mechanical systems for optimal performance and efficiency based on testing results and operational feedback. ➢ Make necessary adjustments to system settings and configurations. ➢ Maintain detailed records of commissioning activities, including test results, performance data, and any issues encountered. ➢ Prepare comprehensive reports for project stakeholders, including engineering teams and management. ➢ Provide training to plant operators and maintenance staff on the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems. ➢ Ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to regular operation, including handover of all relevant documentation and operational instructions. ➢ Offer support during the initial phase of plant operation to address any unforeseen issues or adjustments needed. ➢ Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules based on system performance. ➢ Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation teams to integrate mechanical systems with control systems and ensure compatibility. ➢ Conduct pre-start-up checks such as pressure tests, leak tests, and flushing of systems to remove debris or contaminants. ➢ Assist in the initial start-up of mechanical systems, ensuring that all components function correctly during the start-up phase. ➢ Perform operational tests to verify that systems operate within specified performance parameters, including checking for efficiency and functionality. ➢ Check mechanical designs, installation manuals, and technical specifications. ➢ Ensure all mechanical equipment is delivered and in good condition. ➢ Verify correct installation of mechanical systems, including alignment and support. ➢ Coordinate with electrical and control teams to integrate mechanical systems. ➢ Assist in starting up systems and monitoring performance. ➢ Conduct tests to ensure systems meet performance specifications. ➢ Identify and resolve any issues during commissioning. ➢ Adjust settings and calibrate equipment for optimal performance. ➢ Record commissioning activities and results. ➢ Educate operators and maintenance staff on equipment use and maintenance. ➢ Provide ongoing support and assist with maintenance planning. ➢ Develop and review process designs and configurations. ➢ Implement improvements to increase efficiency and safety ➢ Ensure that processes are implemented correctly and meet design specifications. ➢ Address process-related issues during the commissioning phase. ➢ Monitor process performance and recommend adjustments. ➢ Ensure processes adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
