Job responsibilities : • Maintains the highest standard of quality and safety in all areas of production from manufacturing to shipment • Safely batch concrete and load trucks according to order specification • Manages the schedule and performance of production maintenance • Ensures the plant maintains proper stock inventories(raw materials,machinery/vehicle parts,etc.) • Supervise hourly personnel &deivers to include:hiring,training,directing,counselling and disciplining employees according to company policy • Communicates with production Manager and other department • Performs month end inventory • Handling more then 100 people

Job responsibilities : • Manage all machinery and light duty vehicles • Formulation and implementation of equipment maintenance plan • Planning and delegation of duties to the workshop team • Managing breakdowns on site and workshop • Improving machinery availability and minimising down time • Overseeing Procurement of spares • Ensuring health and safety procedures and adhered to • All concrete Testing • Concrete Mix design Preparation • Before concrete checking Steel work And formwork • As per drawings calculated Steel weight and Qt. And order • Handling around 80 to 90 people
