Employer : Aryan Oil Services – Libya Client ; Harouge Oil Operations Roles and responsibilities  Responsible for the supervision, inspection and implementation of approved quality standards and procedures during construction on all phases of civil, fireproof, steel structure and architectural works.  Receives, inspects and approved requests for inspection (RFI's) of sub-contractor works as per approved ITP's of witness and hold points / level of inspection.  Review and ensure that all construction activities shall comply with the approved latest version of IFC drawings.  Recommend issuance on NCR and SOR to the sub-contractor for violations of project specifications and approved quality plan during project phase.  Recommend and implementation of appropriate corrective action for quality issues in coordination with PMC, Engineering and Construction management.  Co- ordination and interaction with client QA/QC inspectors, resolving quality related problem on site and also with all relevant department connecting with quality matters  Attend weekly quality meeting with client quality department in which quality issues were discussed and resolved.  Supervising construction workers of sub-contractors and educate them on site safety and quality practices. Instruct to sub-contractor about safety procedures while inspection and reporting to HSE in charge if any violence happens against HSE policy & issue safety observation card whenever required.  Maintaining logs related to RFI's, concrete, compaction and calibration of equipment’s used at site  Inspect the contractor’s material storage area and concrete batching plant frequently as per project specification requirement and check the calibration certificate for all measuring gauges and equipment’s.  Receiving Inspection on incoming materials and acceptance of materials as per specification and check the identification of materials.  In-charge in site quality control of concrete such as monitoring the required slump, temperature, air content, curing, compressive testing proper register on the cube log.  Ensure the proper co-ordination with independent testing laboratory to carry out the tests and review test reports.  Ensure that the required documentations / records are generated, maintained and including the details of all inspections and surveillance performed.  Maintain of all QC record and preparation of final QC dossier.
