MIS Report: • Preparation of monthly profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow for the management. • Generates and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner • Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. Financial Operations: • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, transaction processing, and reconciliation of financial accounts. • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. • Preparation of VAT Returns. • Supervise all the cash collection and cheque receipts from the debtors and bank.

• Preparation of policies and procedure of the existing business process of the Company • Preparation of policies and procedures of the departments • Finalization of Standard operating procedures along with standardize work flow according to existing policies and procedures of the department along with current market practices. • Analysis working for determination of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Development of standardize format for monitoring of KPIs • Preparation of Order to ship and cut to ship ratio analysis • Analysis of process loss in the system • Responsible for the preparation of fortnightly audit report
