• Perform detailed design & stress analysis calculations for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns strictly adhering to ASME BPVC Section VIII Division 1 using PV Elite software to ensure structural intergrity and code compliance. • Prepare and deliver comprehensive details tailored to client needs. • Research and formulate Material Technical Delivery Conditions in accordance with client specifications and relevant international material standards ensuring appropriate material selection, testing and certification for critical static equipment components. • Creation of Design Data sheets for Pressure Vessels. • Checking of GAD and detail drawings. • Prepare and maintain calculation documents for client submission. • Draft, review, and finalize drawings, coordinating with internal teams for approvals. • Coordinate project initiation, allocated projects across different stages, and monitored their progress to ensure adherence to timelines. • Support technically in the review of design packages and drawings. • Ensure all scopes were carried out as per the contract agreement, maintaining alignment with project goals.

• Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with a defined scope of work. • Interact with multiple organizations to review, discuss project scope and estimate basis and consult on company estimating methods/procedures. • Formulate accurate estimations for rectification of fit-outs, projects, maintenance sites, and non-maintenance sites to ensure proper budgeting and resource allocation. • Cooperate with a team of professionals to analyze client requirements, develop effective and budget-friendly solutions & develop innovative fire protection and safety system designs. • Make detailed design specifications and documentation for drawings, bills of quantities and technical reports. • Conduct cost estimations for project bids and proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget constraints by ensuring compliance with fire and safety codes and regulations. • Synchronize maintenance activities, including creating internal contracts for clients and securing necessary approvals. • Simplify inspections by Dubai Civil Defense or Sharjah Civil Defense to obtain approved contracts for completed sites. • Successfully apply for Istifa certificates after successful inspections and compliance with safety standards. • Harmonize maintenance activities for various projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to client requirements. • Assist project management and contracting personnel with bid analysis and contract negotiations. • Supervise and coordinate with teammates on company estimating methods and preparation directions. • Upgrade on changing developments in estimating advances by reviewing technical literature, contacting contractors, visiting construction locations, and attending professional and technical meetings.
