➢ Responsible to manage, supervise and technically envisage corrective & preventive maintenance of all machines & equipment at all units. ➢ 13MW Coal Fired Power Plant Operations Management, 1 X 100 TPH@98Bar Coal & Biomass Fired Boiler, 1 X 4MW Extraction-Condensing Steam Turbine, Balance of Plant for 13MW Coal & Biomass Fired Power. power plant consisting of 2 X Jenbacher JGS320, 3 X CAT G3516C, GE Waukesha 7042G & VHP 5904 LTD gas generators, Ventilation system, Cooling towers , Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) & Pumps. ➢ Conducted meticulous mechanical inspections of gas turbine and Steam Generator major auxiliaries, following GE recommended procedures, including level inspection and GG swap. ➢ Successfully handled pre-commissioning and commissioning of critical systems, such as oil, starting, fuel gas, and air systems. ➢ Collaborated closely with buyers to review maintenance activities, addressing mechanical related NICs/TILs, and implementing recommendations. ➢ ➢ Responded to technical inquiries, utilizing GE technical support services, and maintained a documented history of mechanical modifications for covered units. ➢ Provided valuable diagnostics counseling and addressed maintenance and operational issues forcovered units.

Finvac Vacuum, Mollisa Stacking, RizziSetting out and Gozinni Spray Plants. ➢ Erection of two Steam boilers (Schuster Italy, RO Plant capacity 6 Ton/hour, two Gensets Cater Pillar C18 and LT Panel 1200KVA ➢ Analyzing monthly financial reports, assessing factory productivity and developing the plans for improvements of plant efficiency. ➢ Working on LWG protocol with Compliance Manager to fullfill needs for LWG Certification

➢ Overall maintenance of both leather unit from raw hide to finished leather. Hands on Experience Fleshing, Splitting, Sammying, Shaving, Vacuum, Drums, Spray Plants and Buffing Machines. Supervising 4nos Biomass Package type boiler 2400 SQFT capacity each. Supervising compressors capacity 110 KW capacity and RO water plant at all sites. Supervising the working of all mechanical workshops of eastern group. Contracting different parties, suppliers, manufacturers, or representatives for improvement in mechanical working for eastern group. Erection / installation of machines at both units. Complete maintenance of vehicles which are lying in group.
