Starting from the Project inception to Handover, responsible for below tasks: • Coordinated retail Project delivery while providing technical guidance on construction and site activities to internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors. • Managed multiple Project deliveries simultaneously within the agreed timeframe, ensuring all internal and external stakeholder expectations are met. • Managing Project tenders and verifying the Pre-qualification requirements submitted by all contractors. • Providing technical guidance and support to the contractors throughout the Project timeline. • Visiting the sites on a regular basis and ensuring that all the Architectural and MEP requirements are met and are on time. • Reviewed base build shop drawings and sample submissions, consulting with project teams and external consultants to ensure design intent was maintained. • Coordination with the contractors throughout the lifecycle of Project and ensuring that the Project timelines are met. • Sole responsible for all project related in-house procurement. • I have been actively attending Design meetings and maintained project documents, including design documents, site activities, progress reports, and relevant authority documents. • Preparing weekly reports on fit-out status for all Projects, sharing updates with Brand’s Management and continuously tracking the progress for all Projects. • Single point of contact for contractors and internal stakeholders for all technical discussions. • Coordination with the leasing team for all upcoming Retail locations with a proactive approach. • Have handled multiple projects at the same time and handed over all of them before the proposed handing over date.

Managing schedules, handling clients, and oversees daily operations of overall projects with 350 employees. My recommendations have expedited project deliveries by 40% and reduced overhead expenses by 20%. Trained on board employees. Delegate task to employees on behalf of higher management, enforced productivity and resource utilization, administer Change Order Request, responsible for managing risks, developed monitoring and control system, adjust schedules and targets according to needs of financing, prepare weekly project progress report and give presentations to client’s stakeholder.

Project: Mall of Oman, Muscat, Oman • Worked with the Prime Contractor on the Mall of Oman Project for Majid Al Futtaim. • The project was a joint venture between Shapoorji Pallonji, Consolidated Contractors’ Consortium, and AECOM as the Project Management Consultant. • Independently planned and tracked project activities, comparing them to the baseline schedule in Primavera. • Maintained and updated the project tracker, including costs, resources, and timelines. • Coordinated with the senior planning engineer to address any project delays and held regular meetings with the client and consultants to track progress. • Managed the quality and completion of activities such as trench excavation, ducting, blockwork, painting, and screeding. • Coordinated with Bahwan Engineering Company for the installation of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services. • Ensured the project was delivered on time, within budget, and met quality standards. • Coordinated with tenants’ fit-out teams to ensure a timely and smooth handover of spaces for interior works. • Worked closely with the tenants to address their requirements, ensuring compliance with the project’s design and specifications. • Monitored and managed the scheduling of fit-out works to avoid conflicts with ongoing construction activities. • Collaborated with MEP teams to ensure tenant spaces were equipped with the necessary infrastructure and services before fit-out activities commenced. • Regularly communicated with tenants and their contractors to resolve any site-specific issues or delays related to their fit-out progress. • Ensured all tenants fit out work adhered to safety and quality standards, maintaining consistency with the overall project timeline. • Conducted site visits to verify tenant requirements were being met and provided necessary approvals for fit out progress.

Project: State Highway, Chhattisgarh Public Welfare Department Pre-construction planning, conduct meetings and finalize project data, manage resource, maintain daily target, maintain quality requirements.

Project: Mahindra Lifespaces Serene, Alibaug, Maharasthra Planning and design of panels, set targets for daily production, monitor progress and report to management, managed the project

Project: National Highway (NH-200), Chattisgarh Assisted managers in technical work, performed raw material logistics planning and testing, processed subcontractor bills, prepared measurement sheet.
