✈ Coordinate Line and Base Maintenance activities to optimize effi ciency and ensure safety compliance. ✈ Lead daily production meetings and create production plan reports. ✈ Project three-month hangar slot plans in Excel, coordinating with BMM to optimize hangar space, staff availability, and resource allocation for effi cient aircraft maintenance. ✈ Prepare estimated manpower plans for upcoming maintenance and track actual daily manpower utilization. ✈ Collaborate with the CAMO team to obtain work orders for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and generate internal work orders in ERP. ✈ Monitor inventory in cooperation with the Store team and prepare material indents for upcoming scheduled maintenance to customers in advance. ✈ Arrange for the necessary tools, materials, and manpower for maintenance prior to the scheduled date. ✈ Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure regulatory compliance for aircraft and maintenance procedures; support certifying staff with authorization requests and renewals, Maintain facility airworthiness and staff records, coordinate independent inspection authorizations requests and assist BMM during regulatory audits. ✈ Associate with the Quality team in obtaining necessary initial issues, scope extensions, and renewals of organizational approvals. ✈ Liaise with the Sales team to provide estimates on man-hours, special tools, and service outsourcing to support maintenance proposals and client negotiations. ✈ Coordinate with the Part-support team to assist customers in procuring spares and materials and oversee the process of securing loaned tools. ✈ Engage with the Store team to issue materials and oversee tool rentals, ensuring proper return and managing tool calibration processes. ✈ Conduct comprehensive scrutiny of work packages and electronically store documentation while handing over originals to CAMO for record-keeping. ✈ Prepare daily Aircraft Status reports for all aircraft in heavy maintenance, providing visibility of check progress to customers and key members of all departments. ✈ Coordinate with the Training department to conduct various training sessions for certifying staff , mechanics, and other technical personnel.
