• Flow management and control from primary treatment to tertiary treatment. • Handling one of the largest Sewage treatment plant having operational capacity 250megalitre/day. • Monitoring and managing day to day activities to ensuring smooth operation. • Coordinating and assigning tasks to plant operator. • Settlement tanks supervision by maintaining sludge blanket levels and ensuring quality effluent. • Sludge thickening machines operations and troubleshooting of problems. • Experience in Zero polymer thickening machine Centrisys THK600 • Sludge dewatering machines operation and its troubleshooting, experience in Alfa level, Bellmer, Simon Hartley and Centrisys. • Familiar with polymer preparation units from SEKO, Prominent & Jesko. • Influent flow managing by coordination with Sharjah Town Drainage and TDF teams. • Supervised in Plant Start up, Shutdown and emergency operations. • Ensure the Plant compliance with local and federal regulation, including effluent discharge limit safety and environment regulation. • Maintain accurate records of plant operations and report to the plant manager and other stakeholders. • Conducting Equipment maintenance and inspection • Demonstrating deep knowledge in various treatment plant types such as Extended Aeration plant, Aerators plant, MBBR plant and SBR plant. •

• Material inspection all incoming material especially dealing firefighting materials, including pipes ASTM, API, ISO, ASME B31, EN Standards, and fire-fitting materials Including NFPA, BS EN, ISO Standards. • Develop and implement testing procedure for various materials to assess their quality performance. • Maintain accurate records of inspection, test and material certificate to ensure traceability and compliance. • Segregate and keep an inventory for rejected material for future return of materials. • After careful inspection and QC Passed materials were in the store and SAP System entry. • Work closely with procurement, production, and engineering teams to address the quality issue. • Ensure all incoming materials comply with industrial set standards and regulatory requirements. • Identifying and documenting non-conformity materials and take corrective action. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality control of incoming material. • Attending client and customer meetings to ensure both party satisfied with the quality of product. • Involving internal monthly and yearly external auditing. • Third-party inspection and at certain times include site inspection for solving the customer complaints.
