Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for study contract and specification to evaluate level of quality control for project to meet customer’s expectation/requirements comprehensively. • Ensure that procedures, method of statements, QIP, relevant codes standards, specifications and drawings are applied at Project and only current documents are in use. • Carrying out daily Inspections of CS, SS, LA, MONEL, NACE and Inconel piping fabrication. • Monitor welding parameters are within specified limits of WPS in welding operations. • Ensure that all welding machines calibration frequency and periodically inspected and maintain log. • Responsible for the marking and rectification of all the weld repairs. • Carry out line walk down & ensure piping systems are installed according to relevant P&ID’s & Isometrics. • Preparation & verification of punch list, compile quality records and prepare QC dossiers for final handover to client. • Witnessing shell test, backseat test, HP & LP seat tests, Functional test pneumatic/Electric Actuator for valves (Gate, Globe, Ball, NRV, Butterfly valves, etc.) • Witnessing Pre-pop, final pop test, seat test, body test, Bellow tests, etc. for all types of PSV’s.

Project: BARZAN Onshore Gas Plant, Qatar Job Responsibilities: • Check MTC’s of all welding consumables, gases, flux, wires meet code/specification requirement and are in good condition prior to use. • Responsible to control the proper storage, handling, baking and issuance of consumables to welder at site. • Responsible for study contract and specification to evaluate level of quality control for project to meet customer’s expectation/requirements comprehensively. • Monitor that all welding parameters are within the specified limits of WPS during the welding operations & carry out visual inspection of the completed welds. • Responsible for the marking and rectification of all the weld repairs and carry out line walk down & ensure piping systems are installed according to relevant P&ID’s & isometrics. • Witnessing shell test, backseat test, HP & LP seat tests, Functional test pneumatic/Electric Actuator for valves (Gate, Globe, Ball, NRV, Butterfly valves, etc.) • Witnessing Pre-pop, final pop test, seat test, body test, Bellow tests, etc. for all types of PSV’s.
