Duties & Responsibilities • Knowledge of Primavera (P6) scheduling Software and effectively utilized on the project. • Responsible for developing of fully cost and resource-loaded project baseline program and planning deliverables in coordination with all the stakeholders as per contract requirements. • Responsible for developing the Progress reports and Meeting Presentations for the projects • Monitoring and Controlling the Project Baseline programs. • Manage subcontractors and review subcontractors' programmed of works. • Attend meetings with client & the project team as required. • Expert in developing of Extension of Time claims and review subcontractors EOT claims. • Earned value analysis, KPI, Cost and resource reports generating from the Primavera P6 Software. • Evaluate, and forecast project progress and performances • Assess the impact(s) of changes and schedule slippages. • Coordination with the Project stakeholders such as Project teams, Subcontractor’s Consultant, Client • Develop and maintain project schedules • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and delays • Analyse project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project performance • Ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment • Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure effective project execution Prepare reports and presentations to update project stakeholders on the status and progress of the project.
