• Contract staffing & Stakeholder management for Cloud First & ATCI • Having daily meeting scheduled with project managers on the manpower requirements • Act as a bridge between delivery & recruitment team in fulfilment of positions • Stakeholder management & Vendor management is one of the key aspects of my role • Scheduling weekly or monthly meetings with Vendor's to discuss on the open demands and making sure quality supply will be provided on each client’s requirements • Working with TFS to understand on demand criteria & deadline of meeting the onboarding expectations • Coordinating between vendors and clients from profile screening and getting interviews done with in the provided timeline • Scheduling F2F interviews for shortlisted candidates, receiving feedback of the candidates and same will be shared go Vendors • Working on Bulk or Volume hiring- closing high volume of positions in a short time • Closing the greatest number of positions of Internal & external Bulk Demands of Technical support, Desktop support & Network Support • Daily basis discussion with project PMO’s on understanding the criteria of open positions • Maintaining the data of all selected & on boarded resources details in a database • Taking care of initial screening & Communication evaluation • Ensuring offer is rolling out on time with all the guidelines accepted • Ensuring BGV is completed for all the Candidates before onboard
